2. Ordering
At henriklynnerup.com, you can purchase physical and digital products.
When you place an order in the online store, you will receive an automatic order confirmation at the email address you provided.
A binding purchase agreement is entered into once you have completed your order and received an order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of, for example, obvious pricing errors, out-of-stock items, technical errors, or other circumstances that make it impossible or unreasonable to fulfill the order.
If an order is canceled, any amounts already paid will be refunded.
3. Pricing
All prices in the online store are listed in euros (EUR).
Prices are generally listed inclusive of applicable sales tax, unless otherwise clearly stated.

7. Right to Cancel
As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made through the online store.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or another person you have designated, takes physical possession of the item.
If you purchase multiple items in the same order and the items are delivered separately, the period generally begins on the day you receive the last item.
8. Exception for Digital Products
When purchasing digital products that are not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may lapse once delivery has begun if:
you have expressly consented to delivery beginning before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and
you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
If these conditions are met, you cannot subsequently exercise the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for the digital product.

11. Returning Physical Products
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the item must be returned to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item, unless otherwise agreed or stated in the online store.
The item must be returned properly packaged.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the item if such loss is due to handling of the item that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item.
12. Refund
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments we have received from you, including, as a general rule, the standard shipping cost.
If you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery, the additional cost will generally not be refunded.

For physical goods, however, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof that the item has been shipped back.

This means that you can file a complaint regarding defects and deficiencies that existed at the time of delivery or that can be asserted under the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act.
The right to file a complaint does not cover defects or damage caused by misuse, accidents, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
If you discover a defect or deficiency, you should contact us as soon as possible and describe the problem.
We may ask for photos or other documentation of the defect.

The purchase of a digital product therefore does not entail a transfer of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
